Anything about billing mechanics that isn’t answered here — how turnover, annual billing or minimum seats work for your setup — gets a straight answer on the call rather than a vague one on a web page.
Is every feature really included?
Yes. There's one plan and nothing held back — including AI quizzes, the full compliance record and white-label theming. There is no upgrade path because there is nothing to upgrade to.
Do managers and admins cost more than technicians?
No. Every person on the account is the same price, whatever their role. Admin and manager access isn't a premium seat.
Is the onboarding fee recurring?
No. It's charged once, at setup. There's no annual platform fee and no per-feature add-ons on top of the per-person price.
What happens to our records if someone leaves?
Deactivating an employee ends their access immediately and preserves every acknowledgment, signature and quiz attempt they ever made. That's deliberate — the record for a former employee is often the one you most need to produce.
